I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Outback from Annapolis Subaru. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a 2017 Outback (purchased at Annapolis Subaru) which we always brought to Annapolis Subaru for maintenance and repairs (Shannon is our contact there). I never had a negative experience with repairs. Now that vehicle has been traded in for a 2025 Outback and Christina couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. She got me the car that I wanted.

It would nice to have the extra options presented before you decide to buy the car. I was presented the options at the time of purchase. More unexpected charges to my credit card.

very friendly explain everything to you about the car they better ask. They gave me the answers on the Carfax and the history of the car and I like the car that’s why I bought the car. Hopefully it will last me for a long time. Thank you very much.

I’ve never had such a wonderful experience purchasing a car. Chris wa very helpful. She answered all of my questions and gladly encouraged me to test drive whatever models I wanted. When I returned on Friday to purchase a car it was her day off but her manager Andre was happy to assist my husband and me. We purchased a 2025 Outback LTD XT. Andre was great and as speedy as possible. We decided to finance since Subaru was offering a great rate. Marissa in finance was a gem. She and I were making jokes while waiting for paperwork and approvals to go through. I enjoyed my experience with them so much I’m looking forward to working with their service department. Thank you, Chris, Andre,Marissa and the wonderful receptionist whose name I didn’t get. They were all great. Thank you Annapolis Subaru. I’d definitely recommend you to everyone
