Cordaryl Bank is a stellar man! I looked all over the nation for a specific vehicle and negotiated with around 4 or 5 salesman before I encountered Laird Noller Ford in Topeka. I had salesman at other places that couldn't respond to a text or call within two days, couldn't answer basic questions, or were just down right disrespectful. I got into contact with Cordaryl about a vehicle that had popped up. It wasn't at their dealership yet but was about to be processed. I was able to get my million+ questions answered, purchase price, trade in price, and the vehicle held for me all from home about 250 miles away. The vehicle had some issues that was a result of work from the previous dealer, but Cordaryl kept me posted. He answered texts same day, answered calls before they rang, and was all around patient. As soon as he got possession of the vehicle, he had it cleaned, certified, and high quality pictures taken and sent to me. I test drove it and inspected every single detail. He left nothing out. I knew of every single potential issue before ever coming down and he was super honest. He let me do my thing and I was able to purchase the vehicle! When it came time to do the paperwork, there were 0 surprises. No add on fees that weren't already discussed, no deceptive tactics, nothing. Just a straight up honest business. When you are sitting in their lobby, you can tell they have a good and helpful culture, not the old pushy salesman stereotype. Finally, after buying the vehicle, I drove it about 400 miles before getting home. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on and it over heated. I texted Cordaryl and he responded within the hour. Mind you, his job is technically done. Yes the vehicle is certified, but he made the sale and CONTINUED to serve me. We discussed our options and I couldn't get the vehicle serviced locally because there were all booked a week out or I couldn't get a hold of any one. Once again, the man, the myth, the legend, Cordaryl sent a trailer the same day to pickup up my vehicle and take it back 250 miles to get worked on. I had it back the same week, the drove it themselves to make sure everything was corrected and I spoke with Greg Hanna about the issues. Based on my in depth research and what he found, I believe they 100% treated me with honesty and integrity. The issues were not their fault and could not have been found ahead of time. TL;DR: Cordaryl is a straight up honest guy who will look out for you. He does a great job reading your personality and learning how to work with you. If you have any questions, he's the man. Tell him I sent you and don't forget to get a Cafe Vanilla coffee, it's amazing. Cordaryl, if you read this, I sincerely thank you for your respect and time. I feel blessed and appreciate. I pray that God blesses your career and your personal life!

Bait and switch! Beware! Had a 2013 Ford duelly...

Bait and switch! Beware! Had a 2013 Ford duelly advertised but it wasn't the same truck at all! No duelly, it was a flatbed utility truck. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! Turning them in to the BBB!

Fixed window motor

Rollie was Very honest and up front about the cost of fixing the window motor and very helpfull. Cordell was great about showing me some trucks that’s was available and was not pressured us to put us in something we can’t afford.

Took a long time. Didn't even fix the problem.

Took a long time. They didn't even fix all the problems that I had told them that were wrong with my brand new car. Poor communication between the staff and poor communication towards me as well.

Drove to Laird Noller Topeka from Manhattan for Service

Had a GREAT sales experience with Cordaryl Banks at Laird Noller Topeka. He is a man of his word that took care of us even after the sale - many salesman say they will, and he did. I ended up having an unsafe brake condition on a different vehicle that my child drives and lacked confidence in other dealerships, but based on the positive sales experience I had with Cordaryl Banks, I reached out to the Laird Noller Topeka Service Department. Rick VanDonge is my new “go to” guy for Service on all of my cars. After speaking to Rick I felt that he had shared understanding of my concerns, so I drove from Manhattan to Topeka and put my trust in Rick and his Service team. Rick understood how IMPORTANT it is to a parent to know their child’s car is SAFE and he had Samuel Nutt diagnose the issue. Samuel was thorough and diagnosed the problem perfectly and then coordinated with Rick on the parts, Rick kept me updated throughout the service, got it fixed, and made me feel confident that my that Laird Noller CARED about my family and our automotive concerns. I would recommend the Laird Noller team in Topeka to everyone and encourage customers to seek out the team members that I’ve named. They won’t disappoint you and it’s worth the drive. Thanks for reading my review. It won’t happen, but if you’re disappointed by anything you can ask for Aaron Rowe and he’ll make sure you’re taken care of. I introduced myself because Aaron needed to hear the positive feedback that I wanted to share about the dealership.

Paint & Interior Protection Treatment

Cordaryl Banks and Aaron Rowe were both extremely helpful in getting our new Explorer scheduled for the Paint and Interior Treatment. The work was done in a timely manner and the vehicle looks great. They also provided a loaner for us to use while the vehicle was being treated.

Polite and courteous

The service personnel was nice and polite. The rental car was also courteous and polite. The courteous driver was very respectful. I love when I come to Laird Noller ford.
