Oil change
I made an appt for my oil change and still had to wait almost 2 hrs. No one came and got me when it was done. I had to go ask someone if it was done. I have no idea how lo g it had been done. A bit frustrating.

Need more customer service
I had to stand there in front of people while people passed me or on the phone. I did t get can you wait anseco d or welcome.e to Ford. When taking care of it was short answer and not friendly. I have to bring my car to you all because of package. I know am a woman and don't drive a Ford but I want more respect as a customer. You were happy to take my money buying the car and kissing my xxx I will still like curious now. Nobody induce themselves no smiles very bland

New car purchase
As a married couple we purchased our first new vehicle in 1968. So over the years we've spent a lot of time at car lots looking for the right vehicle. During this time we dealt with many auto sales persons. Based on those experiences, we rate Laird Noller excellent. Our sales consultant, Cordaryl Banks, treated us with courtesy and respect. He knew his product, wasn't pushy, very professional and personable.

Fast & Friendly car buying experience
It took me several months to decide what car I wanted to drive. Cordaryl Banks was very patient with me and sent me different car options, as my mood changed. The week before a holiday weekend, I just happened to take a look on LairdNoller.com and there was my Lexus! I knew it was the car I wanted to drive! I called Cordaryl right away and even though he was on vacation, he put all the balls in motion, so I was able to test drive and buy my car on that Friday. Gene Glass, & everyone I worked with was very friendly and informative with the options of my trade in, warranty, etc. Also, wanted to thank Eric Tucker to took good care of my detail cleaning after the sale!!

By far the best experience I have had
When we made the decision to purchase another car we knew we wanted to go back to Laird Noller ford. This time we were looking to purchase a much newer vehicle than previous. From the moment we walked in the door we quickly realized that the gentlemen that were there to assist us were not your ordinary salesmen, they were committed to us and to our buying experience. They made what seemed like a long saturday afternoon a smooth and comforting one instead. Pat Ledford had pulled a vehicle up to the door before we ever got there based off "our likes" from conversations over the phone with my husband and I. I had no idea I would be making a final decision by the end of the day. From the test drive to the signing of the paperwork we could not be more impressed with our new vehicle. I did not feel pressured at all during this time, instead I felt very imformed by each individual that approached us. Being a mother one of the biggest plus factors for me was that the staff there looked at my children and made them feel just as comfortable during our time there as they did with me and my husband. I have never had such a positive experience while buying a vehicle, and I am pretty certain I can speak for my husband as well, we have found the one and only dealership that we will continue to go back to.
