Jason was super friendly and easy to work with. He made my past experiences with Laird get washed away after this time. Grade "A" salesman. Never once was pushy, also very informative. Would deal with him in the future.

Great experience with no hassle vehicle purchase
I worked with Bryan George over in used cars. He spent the time with myself and wife to insure the vehicle we purchased for my wife would be something she truly loved. We found he perfect one and completing the purchase was a breeze! This is my fourth vehicle from Laird Noller and every experience has been great.

Service Shortcomings
My review pertains only to the service department as our Salesman was professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. However... Service department has proven themselves to be completely incompetent on a number of "repairs" to our truck purchased there in June. We always have to take it back for them to fix what they've broken and/or to have the work completed because they aren't able to remedy it the same day. Today they changed our oil and overfilled it. The cap either blew off or was never put back on and now our engine compartment is full of oil.They have the worst service department I have ever encountered and the manager is full of excuses instead of solutions.

New car purchase
As a married couple we purchased our first new vehicle in 1968. So over the years we've spent a lot of time at car lots looking for the right vehicle. During this time we dealt with many auto sales persons. Based on those experiences, we rate Laird Noller excellent. Our sales consultant, Cordaryl Banks, treated us with courtesy and respect. He knew his product, wasn't pushy, very professional and personable.

Very Pleased with Results
After buying cars for 40 years Evan Loy is the man I will go to. He is easy going, knows his inventory and responsive to your needs and wants. Evan is a sharp, even keeled man to work with. I found with that combination it is a win win!!!! After asking questions about what I was looking for he was straight forward and quick about availability of what was as close as possible of my wants/need/desires s in a vehicle! Actually, I met Evan in December when I saw a car I thought I HAD to have. I came really close to purchasing that vehicle from him in December. However determined it was not prudent for me at that time; and he never held that against me or prejudged my readiness to purchase this time in September. Again he displayed professionalism, readiness and helpfulness that got me a vehicle that has made me extremely happy actually giddy about a vehicle which I had not felt in so many years! Thank you Evan Loy! A very happy client of Evan. Plus I would be remiss if I did not mention his GSM Glendon Wihelm, another great guy that helped endlessly on this quest to make another happy Laird Noller client! Glendon is their GSM and this man is totally hands on if your sales guy is busy on other endeavors; so with a great manager like Glendon you are NEVER left hanging. I like that kind of team work. Ford Edge Purchase
We had a great experience working with Jimmy while buying a Ford Edge from Noller Ford in Topeka. We stopped by one afternoon and Jimmy came out to the lot to assist us and was helpful and very patient. We sat in and drove a few different vehicles and drove a couple of different Edge’s on three different days before we decided to try to make a deal. After we completed the purchase Jimmy spent a lot of time helping us with the on board technology and set up. We had to go back a couple of days later for help with the seats and Jimmy and Griff got us going. Working with Jimmy and being in Kaufman Jr. was a positive experience and we will look these guys up next time we are looking for a vehicle.

Jimmy Brough was great
I drove from Colorado to pick up a '78 Nova. Jimmy was extremely helpful before I even made the trip out. Through pictures and correspondence we had mostly worked out the deal before hand so that the drive would be worth it. His knowledge was high even giving the year of the vehicle he was selling to me. Great experience
I have purchased a handful of vehicles from this dealership over the last few years. They make the process easy and I never have to play the games that go on with other dealers in Topeka. The salesman always follows up with me to make sure I am 100% satisfied. If I ever have an issue they listen to my concern and offer a very reasonable solution.

Great dealership to work with!
Looking to trade in my car, was a little upside down on my trade in. They all worked well with me, and helped me get into a better car. Had an amazing salesman, and was very easy to work with. Made buying a car easy, with no pressure.
