Mr. Glass was very professional and courteous. Even with current vehicle maintenance problems, a breakdown, Mr. Glass was patient and very easy to work with. Even the call back and conversation with Mr. Wilhelm for used car trade-in was friendly and understanding. So, after a two week period of communicating back and forth with Mr. Glass he patiently answered all my questions and request and we were able to come to terms for a deal. I would send anyone of my own family members to Laird Noller Ford and have them by name ask for Gene Glass due to his professionalism and understanding nature!

I went in with my son while he was looking for a truck and the car salesman, Shawn Kloepper, was the gentleman that ended up helping us... I was so impressed with Shawns customer service skills and sales approach to my sons needs that It made me look around to see if I might want something else... Shawn went beyond the call of duty to help us in every way. He introduced us to Glendon Willhelm, very nice and personable and said if we needed anything and Shawn wasnt available to just give him a call and he'd take care of us. That particular day we didnt get anything. HOWEVER, I was so impressed with these two gentleman I went back about a month later. I went in just to look and see what they had ( I had mentioned that I would like to have a SUV on the previous visit) Shawn was out with a customer, so Griff Swank took care of me until Shawn came back. Griff was very nice, courteous and very knowledgable also... He would be a person I would go to also if and only if Shawn wasnt available. ( I would wait for Shawn though!!) A 2008 Ford Escape had just come in not even on the lot yet and it was exactly what I was looking for. Good condition, right price and great miles. So I am now the owner of an SUV thanks to Shawn K, if it hadnt been for his sales technique, (NOT pushy at all and knowing what I was looking for) I am very happy with my purchase, the excellent service Shawn gave me and when it came to doing the deal with my trade in and everything Glendon was very personable, kind and worked very well with me. These two gentelmen went beyond the call of duty to help me get everything I needed. My son is next!!! People like these is what keep customers coming back. It was a pleasure doing business with them...

In the last 6 years I have purchased 2 vehicles from Laird Noller. Gene and the guys in the Internet Department all treated me very well, including calling me when a vehicle that met my needs became available.
