I just wish the price that we were told on the first...

I just wish the price that we were told on the first night we were there was correct. That was the car we really wanted. We understand it was a mistake it was just really disappointing. On another hand Dj is nice, helpful and just over all made the experience a good one. We will send more people his way. All the people there are great and really nice.

Immaculate premises, friendly, intelligent salesman, good selection of used cars, highly efficient operation, customer-for-life incentives. Generally a very positive experience free from hype and pressure. Personnel were attentive to individual needs.

I have to say that Brian Nieves went out of his way to...

I have to say that Brian Nieves went out of his way to help me get a car from Tri-State Nissan. I had been shopping on the internet and emailed him and within less then 24 hours, he contacted me by phone and we set up an appointment time to meet in person. By him doing the leg work ahead of time, we knew what cars (price range) we could look at and test drive when got there. He was very busy when we got there making another sale but never once made us feel like we were not important. By him knowing his stuff, I actually got a Maxima which I am very happy with. Heather made the ease of signing all of the paperwork a smooth process and was very friendly. I will definitely recommend Tri-State to all my friends and family looking to buy a vehicle. Very good experince and lots of incentives. I hope the service department is as friendly and easy to deal with as Brian and Heather. It was also nice to see so many other friendly faces there when we went, several faces that were familiar because they live in my hometown. I look forward to many years of dealings with Tri-State Nissan!!!! Dawn Thomas

My experience with Tri-State Nissan was an enjoyable one...

My experience with Tri-State Nissan was an enjoyable one for many reasons. Number 1, I was able to purchase a new vehicle, something that I have been wanting for a long time, and number 2, I was able to trade in two very nice motorcycles, and one not so nice truck. DJ Lilly was and is a great assest to your dealership, as he appears to be very knowledgable about your vehicles on hand, and about the job in general. After several attempts to get my payment right were I needed it to be, I was able to leave with an awesome 2010 Titan. The only thing that I can complain about is the price that I received on trade in for the 2009 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R. I fell that I was undercut on the price by at least two thousand dollars, as a new bike same model, same year sells for $9,799.00 at Ridersville cycle. I know that the price was given to Valley Cycle and out of your control but that is my only complaint. Both my wife and I have purchased new vehicles at your dealership over the past month, and the tires for life is a great perk to want to come back. the friendly staff at your dealership was a plus as well as I have never had so many people offer me something while I was waiting or open a door for me. All and All, I will come back in a few years to purchase another Titan as this is an awesome truck. I have already refered several people to your dealership and look forward to a growing relationship. Jason W. Newlin

I had been looking for a used Honda Civic for a few...

I had been looking for a used Honda Civic for a few months. I got a great deal and a great car at a great price. My representive James Watkins was very pleasnt to work with and helped me with all the questions and concerns I had. The finance manager Heather was very pleasnt to work with. Thank you Tri State Nissan for making me a customer for a very long time. I will refer all my friends and family.

Jeremy worked with us in every way he could to get the...

Jeremy worked with us in every way he could to get the price we wanted and was very professional, as well as friendly and cheerful. Jeremy and I were either emailing or on the phone on and off all day until he actually made us the deal we wanted. We traveled from Cumberland, MD to Winchester, VA to meet with Jeremy and he definitely made the trip worth our while. I would highly recommend him to others in search of a vehicle. Diana Wilson

Good experience, Rusty was really easy to work and was very professional. I have had 3 Nissan's so far from this dealership and have been very happy. The service is excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family for purchasing a vehicle.

The first visit to Tri State Nissan was by myself to take a first look at the Xterra model. Within minutes, I was joined by James Watkins who immediately made me feel comfortable with my questions. As a woman, I did not feel intimidated or ignored as I have sometimes felt at other dealerships. My husband and I look forward to being proud owners of the 2011 Xterra Nissan!

Thanks for making my first experience purchasing a car a pleasant one. Hats off to my personal dealer, Daniel Nelson, for making the process such a pleasure. I got a fair price on a car I'm very pleased with. I found the entire experience to be very low pressure, which was appealing to a first-timer like myself. I was allowed some breathing room and didn't feel forced or pressured to do anything. Even when the big manager came over to finalize the deal it was a good experience. Thanks again guys for a good experience.
