Love my used 2011 Murano! I went to Tri-State before I...

Love my used 2011 Murano! I went to Tri-State before I purchased from another car lot just to make sure they didn't have something competitive. Wow! I found out I could almost get a new car for what I was about to pay for a used car, though missing a few "bells and whistles" for my budget! They best thing was Troy Jackson searched local inventory and was able to find me exactly what I wanted with less mileage and less cost---saved almost $4K than the same thing I almost bought elsewhere!!!! Plus I get new tires for life with mounting and balancing! Woot Woot! Flawless transaction from start to finish. Outstanding customer service by everyone we met. The facility is clean and welcoming. Looking forward to my future with Tri-state.

The dealership was very clean and a friendly environment. Troy Jackson was the best salesman I've dealt with in a long time! He was pleasant and very patient. He listen to my needs and wants and provided me with the perfect car with a great deal! I love my 2012 maxima! I will continue to deal with Tri state Nissan and Troy Jackson for the lifetime of buying vehicles!

This is our 2nd car we have purchased from Daniel Charles...

This is our 2nd car we have purchased from Daniel Charles at Tri-State in 3 days!!! We found Daniel to be very friendly, knowledgable, and personable. Daniely truely made the purchasing experience a pleasant one; more importantly, a friendly experience. In addition to Daniel, we worked with Kathy Fritzges on the financing with both of our new car purchases. However, Kathy went above and beyond the call of duty with the purchase of our 2012 Altima. We settled on the car late in the day when most banks were closed, so we were left with a high interest rate. The next business morning, Kathy shopped our loan and found one that was more beneficial to this family of five with an additional savings of $30 per month. We are a middle income family where we have to live on a budget and Kathy's thoughtfulness and consideration meant more than words can express. Due to the great experiences dealing with Daniel and Kathy, we will be a repeat customer of Tri-State, and will glady recommend them to our friends and family!!! Thank you, Mary Pritt

I have to say, this was only my second car purchase, both...

I have to say, this was only my second car purchase, both through Tri-State Nissan. But this was easily not just the best experience I've had at a car dealership, but with any buying experience, retail or otherwise. Troy "Heavy" Jackson recognized my family from a previous visit, and I was easily able to relay the type of vehicle I was interested in, and Troy steered me in the direction of a 2012 Sentra. As it turns out, that was exactly what I wanted. And then when it came to the final evaluation, signatures and agreements, Cathy Fritzges was a pleasure to deal with. So Tri-State truly did get a "customer for life", and I especially thank Troy again for working with me, understanding my limits and allowing me to get a vehicle I'm going to treasure for years. Thank you Tri-State!

I walked in to Tri State Nissan with a good idea what I was looking for, but after I test drove the truck that I purchased. Daniel Nelson gave me a price I could not refuse!!! It was a great experence!!!

These guys made the impossible possible! They exceeded their responsibilities to customer service. This is hands down the only place to buy a car ! I have owned multiple Nissan autos back to back. I work hard and play harder and the xterra takes all the abuse I can throw at it and keep ticking like a timex!if you live in northern va it's worth the drive to visit the folks at Tri-State Nissan to get the best deal and and the friendliest service! Hooray!!

I have to say, for the first time in my life, this was a unique buying experience. I am thoroughly pleased with all aspects of the sale, from selection to financing. Brian was a pleasure to work with. so much so my son bought a new car the next day, and I have a sister that wants me to introduce her to Brian, to see if he will work as hard for her!
