When we couldn’t get a car.

When we couldn’t get a car. We went to Briggs GMC and Dylan Cantu. got us in a car. He was professional and helpful. I never felt pressured or judged. He was a down to earth salesman. We found our forever salesman.

2015 Tahoe

They took theme time to repair my vehicle, haven?t had a problem after the repair. They get me a longer to drive until the repair was completed (2023).

Don’t do business here

I bought a new truck from Briggs auto in Manhattan Ks back in july I paid more than the msrp on the sticker and after the deal was done I noticed this so I made a bunch of phone calls and texts messages to a friend of mine that was a salesman there and he said he talked to the owner and he was going to write me a check for the difference this happened for about 2 months I have still yet to receive this check I will never do business with them in the future very dishonest and apparently they only care about making a sale I do know other dealerships are selling vehicles about msrp because of the shortage but those dealerships actually have that price right on the window sticker

Car Servicing

Jordan McGillis and T.J. Lindsey are incredible! I had issues with my car and, as a first-time car buyer, I have never gone back to a dealership for getting my car serviced. They helped me navigate my warranty and educated me on what I could do to keep my cost EXTREMELY low! I can't thank the staff at Briggs enough for their genuine care and compassion.
