IDIOTS!
I would not buy a ham sandwich from these fools...all of their cars are waaaaayyyy over book so they can give you "$4000 Minimum trade in". I cant believe people are so stupid to fall for that BS. Totally unprofessional atmosphere and a bunch of children working there.

New car purchase
Bought a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe a month ago and have had very poor experience with this dealership. First after buying vehicle I noticed outer edges of tires being worn down, took vehicle in and told by one of the owners they were ok enough to pass inspection. Took to a tire center and was told the vehicle needed an alignment nd tires replaced. Went back and talked to other owner and they replaced 2 of the 4 tires. (This is an AWD vehicle and are all supposed to be replaced). Also during the tire 2 tires they did replace, they ended up scratching the aluminum rims on the vehicle. Second reason is after purchasing vehicle, instead of the vehicle being washed and detailed, my salesman took car through car wash and left inside completely dirty and water spots all over the vehicle. The last thing is when purchasing I was told by my salesman (Alex) that I would be receiving a 4-5 hundred dollar check in mail for the the difference in gap insurance I paid on the vehicle and only after waiting 2 weeks for the check to arrive I call Kia and they tell me there is no check showing. I decide to call the dealership only to find out that they applied my gap insurance refund of (1800.00) not 400-500 like being told first to my new car loan. Also was supposed to get 3000 for my trade along with the 1800 they took to apply to my new loan of 35000. Tell me how my balance is 37,700 after 4800 was supposed to be subtracted from new loan. I owe more now than what they were asking in the first place. These pple will sneak things into your paperwork, so make sure you have a knowledgeable salsesman bc mine(Alex) was anything but that. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership.

I am a repeat customer at Warner Kia and a multi car Kia owner. Having first owned a 2013 Sorento, my need to replace the car was tremendous and now own the newly designed 2023 Sportage. My 2017 Optima is a great vehicle. The service staff, salespersons, and ownership all work as a team or take great care of family’s transportation needs. You feel valued when there, and why I recommend to so many. Please keep up the great work!

Worst Service Department
I have always went to this dealership for all my vehicle purchases / services, but after my last two experiences with the service department, I will no longer be returning. Last two appointments for service was for the same oil change / tire rotation with their “guaranteed” one hour time slot. On my first experience I was about one hour early for my appointment, which I knew they were not going to get it in any earlier but I had just drove an hour and a half from working night shift so that I could be there for my appointment. On this occasion I had waited and it had been about an hour and 15 minutes (after my scheduled appointment time) and finally walked up because my car was sitting directly outside their window and I asked if it was ready yet. This guy proceeded to tell me he had just finished the paperwork and I could come and go over it with him. While he was going over this with me, this gentleman proceeded to have smart remark saying “You know you should get the oil changed every 5,000 miles and this has over 10,000 miles on it”, I shrugged off his attitude and said that I know, but that I work at a hospital almost two hours away from here and that this was my first time I was able to bring it, when the guy just made a smirk under his breath and said okay. I came back to the dealership again as I put off this last experience as me just being overly tired and looked over the small time lapse on waiting. This appointment was scheduled on my break off from work, so that I wasn’t tired and attempting to stay awake after working all night. So I drove the hour and 15 minutes from my house to again to this dealership because until last experience I had really nothing but good things to say. On this experience I got my car there early again, about 20 minutes earlier then scheduled appointment (which I knew they wouldn’t take back any earlier). Again I was told upon arrival that I would be getting oil changed / tires rotated with their guaranteed one hour service. I sat in their waiting area, and again all these customers that came in after me was getting called up as their vehicles were done and at this point had been 30 minutes after my “guaranteed” time. I walk up and yet again my vehicle is sitting directly outside their window in plain site, so I walked up to one gentleman and said that I was checking on my vehicle as it was supposed to be done half an hour ago, once the other man was done checking out another lady he asked him about my vehicle and said it was supposed to be done 30 minutes ago. The man proceeded to say “ I’m doing the paperwork now “. Again I was not offered an apology or just a simple owning of a mistake. So I can say without a doubt, I will no longer be going to this dealership.

Unbelievable
Be careful, at least when buying a used vehicle. Agreed on a price over the phone, drove and hour and then given a higher price. Not happy but agreed on the higher price. Called the dealership yesterday to confirm the amount of money I needed for a certified check. Today (the day I’m supposed to buy the vehicle), I am told that the price isn’t actually what I am supposed to pay but it is now more. Called the sales manager and obviously he knew I was upset and would be calling. He was immediately degrading and basically told me I was uneducated about the car buying process. Basically, I asked for a price with taxes and fees included (so I could get a check for the correct amount), then I was told that taxes and fees were not included. So after two lies, a 2 hour drive, and a useless check, I highly recommend not buying a used vehicle from this dealership. If anyone wants to know the name of the unprofessional sales manager, it is Patrick.

Service for oil change, tires, and balance
Had a great experience with technician, Brandon, who was assigned to my car. He kept me informed and was very respectful. At the time, my daughter was at the ER due to an unfortunate accident. When he called me, I explained I couldn’t say yes to new tires without double checking with my husband (my husband was inside the ER and I was in the parking lot there). He did not rush me for an answer and was very understanding. He kept an open line of communication with me during that time. We ended up getting new tires and when I called back, Brandon was happy to help. Warner has always been informative, cordial, and makes their customers feel like they truly care. I’ve never truly had a bad experience with them or my car. I won’t take my SUV anywhere else in town.
