I had my car serviced the other day and it was a great

I had my car serviced the other day and it was a great experience. They got my car in and out very quickly. Service department employees were nice and kind. I would highly recommend.

I had to have warranty work done.

I had to have warranty work done. I was done quicker than I thought. I asked about the short time and was told that KIA pays .4 hours for the job and that the fastest person was put on the job to get it done by the warranty time. I was a little concerned that maybe some damage was done but couldn't find any. I was told that sometimes the technician does break things at times but he was the best to get the work done.

This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had.

This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from Warner KIA to anyone. The salesman (Kevin Offenberger) and finance manager (Bryce Warner) were so disrespectful. I’m not sure if this was because I was a female or because I asked simple questions about gap insurance. Both walked out of the office while I was speaking. I’ve had issues with my vehicle and tried to reach out to Kevin via text and phone calls which he won’t return. Do not buy from Warner KIA!
