Chris was wonderful, he made the whole car shopping and buying experience less painful. Most places you go, everyone is all business. Chris was knowledgeable and easygoing which made the whole process pleasurable. The team at Ourisman Frederick is personable and a joy to be around. They take their time and talk with you, not at you like you're another number they have to get in and out. Best place I've been to get a car, and I will go again!

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from here I did visit this place last Saturday and dealt with Imo. This man was extremely helpful. He not only made this process of purchasing a vehicle stress free but was very attentive when I told him what I needed. After I left he followed up with me to let me know if I changed my mind on what I was looking for or if I found another vehicle on their site to just let him know and he would set up some time to show it. On Monday I did purchase a vehicle but once again it was somewhere else and that salesman literally was handed a sale because Imo was so thorough with all my options on Saturday I already knew what to expect. After I made the purchase I was sad to call Imo because Saturday he worked so hard to help me. Not only that but he had already called to follow up to see if I found something on their website I liked. But unlike my pass experience with sales people they tend to be defensive Imo actually was the exact opposite he not only congratulate me on my purchase but he asked me if I was in the area to swing by to see my new ride. That right there made my experience with this dealership worth the 5 stars. Ourisman of Frederick you all are truly lucky to have a wonderful salesman who displays amazing customer service skills and that personal connection with customers. That goes along way and I even told Imo how impressed I was because a lot of times finding good people with those skills you can’t really teach is difficult. Initial contacts w/ Ourisman were good. (Sales Rep Dash and Mgr. Matt). Had a problem setting up a test drive, but General Mgr. Greg Thornton contacted me and was willing to "make things right!" Dash DELIVERED THE VEHICLE TO MY HOUSE for the re-scheduled test drive! What a great Concierge Service! Kudos to all at Ourisman for their professional, courteous and respectful service!

Overall, we had a very pleasant and satisfying experience with Ourisman Frederick. The salesperson played a key role in ensuring that we had such a nice experience. He was very patient, knowledgeable and a considerate person. He never pressured or pushed us for anything. He politely and patiently answered all our questions. If he did not know the answer, he was honest about it and tried to find the correct answer immediately from the right source. We will recommend Ourisman to all our friends.

We bought our 2017 Audi Q7 from Ourisman Frederick (MD) and the buying experience was the easiest, most complete we've ever had. The sales rep, Danny Gross, knew every feature of our new SUV and took a lot of time explaining the features and the set-up. Financing and registering the vehicle was handled by Nick Rotruck who had everything set up for us upon arrival; took hardly any time at all to complete all the paperwork. As an aside, Nick was the sales rep who sold me my first Q7 in 2012, so it was a pleasure running into him again, but in a different capacity this time around. The folks at Ourisman Frederick are the best I've ever worked with. If you've ever dreaded dealing with the proverbial "car salesman" I promise you will not feel the same after the stellar service provided by Ourisman. Kind of makes me look forward to the next trade-in already!
