Corey Thompson is an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson with a type of vehicle his company doesn't even sell. This guy got me out of a 2001 van and brought me into the 21st century in style! I was so impressed with how much he knew about the used vehicle I wanted to buy. The process was quick, professional, and he was very accommodating to my dog who travels with me. I am soooo happy and won't hesitate to return to this dealership in the next decade or two for an upgrade! I bought a car from over the internet. The salesman blatantly lied about previous damage to the vehicle. Al they cared about was getting my money at any cost. I was 500 miles away and I relied on their honesty. That was a huge mistake!

Great experience in the purchase of a used car from Ourisman Volvo of Frederick. No pressure sales and super simple process. I had a great salesman, Geoff Sutton, who helped with finding and purchasing a great used cars. Originally went in to purchase a different car, was sold before we could get there, but with open communication helped to find the right car and make me happy with the purchase. No pressure tactics between sales and finance manager. I highly recommend this dealership.
