My recent experience purchasing a new vehicle at Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford Martinsville was among the best, if not the best I've ever had. I found the people at the dealership knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Sales staff was very helpful along with finance department in getting me into a van.

This dealership lost my business as soon as the finance manager got into my dad's face. If you want to sell me a car you better respect me and especially respect my father. This was the first dealership I stopped at to look at a car. They had a ford fiesta 5 speed that looked decent but it was a little higher than what I could afford comfortably on my budget. Even though it was a 2014 they wouldn't come off their price. Long story short, after said finance manager got in my dad's face I didn't even respond to the dealers phone call or even acknowledge her while walking out the door. If you want to sell a car try being respectful. I wouldn't go back to this dealership if they gave the car to me.

Have bought two cars from Skillman Martinsville in six months. A truck for my son and an escape for my salesman. Wonderful experience both times. Raymond has a heart of gold and has the ability to make about any deal happen within reason. Of course without an awesome supporting cast Raymond could not be effective.
