Amazing People!, I was on my way to a ash spreading...
Amazing People!, I was on my way to a ash spreading memorial for my father in law from Shorewood Illinois to Cartersville about 320 miles. I was driving my less the two week old Audi e-Tron. Thinking getting power was as easy as getting fuel. Not the case. With less than two miles till dead. I was able to locate a charging station at KC Summers Nissan. I arrive 5 minutes till close on a Saturday afternoon. I realized after plugging in, the charge was going to take at least 4 hours till 80%. Knowing I had a situation on my hands and another 130 plus mile to travel. Pat Renfro and staff offered a loner at no charge? I was blown away because this doesn't happen where I'm from. Being a business owner for over 30 years myself, I realized businesses with trust and integrity still exist in America. Hat's off to you guys. I would recommend you people to everyone I know.

I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for repairs and car purchases for years, because I have tried others and KC Summers really is the best! Excellent quality of service, honest and knowledgeable staff, willing to explain details and work with your needs, great variety of vehicles, community involvement, and most of all their customer service is the definition of going above and beyond! Their prices can be a little higher than their competitors, but it is worth it to have a friendly, no hassle, flexible experience for every purchase and repair!! If you've never worked with them before, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

When I went in I told Quentin I had 2 requirements. I wanted something that got good gas mileage and handled well in snow. I ended up with a 2017 Nissan Sentra. Not only did I get exceptional service, I got an exceptional car. It has more than met my 2 requirements. Thank you Quentin and The KC Summers staff. You are an awesome group of people!

Oil change and tire rotation
I made an appointment to get my oil changed because of an email I received from KC Summers offering oil, filter, and lube for $39.95. When I called to make the appointment the man asked if I wanted a tire rotation because it'll be the same price. So after my service (which was completely satisfactory) I went to the desk to pay and the receptionist told me the total is $50. I asked why and she responded 'I don't know, I just take the money.' I told her about the email offering $39.95 and she said 'no one told me about that.' I couldn't find the email and she wasn't able to answer any of my questions so I just paid the bill and left. As I was at home looking at the receipt I decided I wanted to talk to one of the technicians and maybe they could explain to me the price so I called and asked to talk to someone and was connected with the same girl (because the technicians had left for the day) and she said basically the same things to me, that she doesnt make the prices and she can't help me. I was pretty disappointed in the experience and am honestly still confused why an oil change costed me $50. Also, I recommend training the receptionist to be able to read and explain receipts to customers because the service papers can be a little confusing.
