The buying experience was the best I have ever had. Garrett made the process seamless. I was 300 miles away and they sent a car to pick me up so I didn't have to ride the bus. I bought a used car and they checked it out bumper to bumper and fix the few things that they found. It is like new. I can't be more pleased. Thanks again Garrett and KC Summers.

Jeff White and KC Summers treated me like royalty.
I flew to Illinois from San Diego *in the winter* to pick up a used Tundra and drive it back. Quite a commitment. Had Jeff White at KC Summers been anything but perfect, I could have lost a LOT of time and money. In fact, the opposite was true. Jeff went out of his way to be completely sure the experience was flawless- and he was successful. The truck had a minor scratch incurred on the lot the morning before pickup- very minor, I'd have NEVER noticed- it was a used vehicle, I'd have accepted it without question. But that was not good enough for Jeff- he made sure I was compensated for the silly scratch- and was generous and fair. I'd happily buy from Jeff sight unseen- a good guy, excellent dealership experience.

Hyundai Santa Fe purchase
I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe from Cindy Boyer and it was a great experience. My wife and I could not have done this without her help. She gave us many options to choose from. I recently purchased a 2004 grand am gt from kc summers and I couldn't be happier. My experience was better than I had expected having dealt with some shady car dealerships in the past. Exceptional Purchasing Experience
Recently located a 2014 Lexus CT200h at K.C. Summers Toyota in Mattoon. My initial phone inquiry led me to Mr. Tom Lawrence, an 18 year veteran in Sales. That call resulted in a 4 hr round trip to Mattoon for what I expected to be a routine trade-in experience. The old low-ball for your trade and stick to their highest number for dear life. I truly expected that I would be driving my trade home. Wrong, I drove home in the Lexus that I was interested in. Mr. Lawrence and every other employee that we came in contact with were very professional, courteous and seemed genuinely interested in making this purchase a pleasant one. I got a decent trade in value right out of the gate. That was a vast improvement over most all other Dealers that I have dealt with in the past few months. My wife couldn't be happier and Tom threw in a dinner at a very nice Mexican Restaurant. Actually led us there and got us seated before bidding us farewell. Class Act from start to finish. Also, Mike (Didn't catch the last name) in the Business office was able to get a better rate on the finance amount than our local Credit Union that I've dealt with for years. He was very efficient and professional and put my wife at ease. She really dislikes the way most dealers approach their customers. Get them in, get them out NEXT. None of that here, K.C. Summers of Mattoon Illinois is obviously doing it Right!

Great facility and staff
Love the sales people at KC Summers Nissan. They are upfront and honest during the whole process. It was refreshing to be dealt with as an adult and the Sales person (Shelia Drake Monroe) was honest about the cars and the aspects of financing. She was great and went over all aspects of the car I was looking at.

I had my first experience buying a car through a car dealership in June 2014. I decided to get a 2012 Dodge Avenger. Beautiful car, and honestly they gave me a pretty decent trade in deal, only problem I had at that point was the chip in the windshield and I had no spare key to my new car.But I was told i would be called to set up a appointment to get the windshield replaced that next week, and my key would be received from the previous owner in a few weeks. I had even forgotten something in my old car and they saved it for me.I was more than pleased at that point! Then a week went by and I had no call to set up an appointment. I called and the dealer I dealt with was gone so i spoke with a guy in the service department and he said he would call me back the next day. Still no call, waited a few more days and finally got a call that I had missed while at work. I had a voice mail from my dealer hoping my car was still doing well. But i called right back once I was off work at 4:30, and it went to voice mail (which I left one). Then i still received no call, assuming it was because of the 4th of July i waited a week more than usual. Called again and he was once again out and i left yet another message! Still no return call! Then i finally made a trip to Mattoon (which is not a small trip for me) to get my key and personal items i left, and He was out again! So i spoke with someone else and he called my dealer whom i spoke with personally and said he would call me the next day so i left my name and number with him an employee. The next day I received a call from the guy i left my name and number with because he forgot who it was for. Then he said he would give the message to my dealer, and i still received no call. That has been a tad bit over a week ago and i STILL have not gotten a call. I am beyond fed up with the horrid service. I still yet to have my personal items or my spare key, or my windshield taken car of!!! I would not recommend going to the Lakeland Boulevard location in Mattoon, Illinois. By far the WORST experience buying a car ever! I will never recommend them or be back to purchase another vehicle!
