Have used pilsons many times in the past, went in today

Have used pilsons many times in the past, went in today to see about trading in my challenger for a bronco, because pilsons saying “if it’s pilsons it’s possible” got low balled on a trade, told I couldn’t get the bronco with no credit ran cuz it was too expensive. Then to top it off, the guy who assessed my challenger, parked it on the curb, so know I have to go to a body shop to see what kind of damage they caused. Do not recommend, will not be back after this. No deal made, and damaged my car to boot. Thanks for that experience today…. This review will be left on any and all applications I can find for reviews. Do not use this dealer. As they may damage your car assessing it.

Salesman Peyton was great to work with.

Salesman Peyton was great to work with. I didn?t really know what I wanted other than I wanted a truck and my budget. Brought several things out to show me until we found something that checked all my the boxes. Would have given Customer Service 5 stars, but finance manager wasn?t very personable, almost rude when I asked a question.

I was unsure if I would like my car in person and only

I was unsure if I would like my car in person and only had a break in my day to go drive it. Matt and Steve made sure I had plenty of time with the car and held off on the necessities until I could have more time to look everything over and complete the paperwork (in other words they allowed my concerns drive the interaction).

We recently purchased a 2022 Ford Explorer.

We recently purchased a 2022 Ford Explorer. A service light came on, and we brought the vehicle in. Excellent service! Kept us informed of the problem and when parts were available. Everything ended up covered under the extended warranty. We were extremely pleased with the service department!

Caution: Potential consumer deception alert!

Caution: Potential consumer deception alert! I narrowly avoided making a purchase after discovering discrepancies in the vehicle's advertised options totaling about $8,000. Despite catching the errors just before purchasing. I provided them with manufacturer based backup detailing why their statements are false. Shockingly, they persist in promoting the vehicle with misleading information, falsely claiming pricey options that are not actually included. Their excuse of "despite our efforts to provide the most current, accurate information, errors may appear from time to time" doesn't hold up when they knowingly advertise features worth about $8,000 that the vehicle lacks. Beware of their misleading tactics!

Used 2021 Ram 1500 experience

Overall a good experience with this dealer, but there were a couple of rough spots. They have worked to correct these, and have fulfilled all their obligations on both the vehicle purchase and follow up service work.

2014 Ford F150 Fx4

The salesman Chris Miller is awesome. I have worked with him twice now on two purchases. Only issue I have is I feel like maybe the vehicle inspections and website listings could use some work. Last vehicle I got I had to bring it right back in the same day because it wasn?t running good and they had to fix it. This vehicle I just got there 2 issues I noticed right away. Not major issues but issues that should have been addressed and fixed before they even put the truck up for sale. The problem I have with the website listings is I experienced a little false advertising. It was listed to have remote start, and a sunroof/moonroof and it didn?t have either one. I feel like those are add ons they added to raise the value of the vehicle. If you?re listing a vehicle is equipped with something it should have it. Other than those 2 things the customer service was great.
