Looked online and called prior to arriving at the dealership. Bill Ely greeted me as I got out of my vehicle. Told him what I was looking for and he had it pulled around in minutes for a test drive. Due to timing constraints on my behalf on a prior commitment I arranged to pick up the vehicle another day. As planned the vehicle was by the door and ready to go when I arrived 4 days later. Signed a few papers and Bill went thru some instructions on the vehicle and I was on the road in my new 26 Traverse. Bill went above and beyond contacting the parts dept about an item needed for my truck I am keeping. That resolved that issue for me so that was icing on the cake so to speak. Everyone I have encountered at Sam Pierce has been very nice
