The dealership was fine. Everyone was nice and helpful. Let’s talk about the website. It’s terrible. Website is so close to functioning as unacceptable, I’m am calling it for you.. it’s pointless for me to use it. Ads popping up everywhere, that jump around click bait, and the loading issues tells me it’s a junk website. My I phone works fine everywhere else, it’s a shame because you had a great idea. Cats dot com sux

Service visit
Always a pleasant visit when going to Sam Pierce, service advisors are always helpful and answer any questions I have. I love how clean the lounge always is and they have a nice selection of coffee while waiting. Great service department!

Worst chevy service department I've ever dealt with.
Worst chevy service department I've ever dealt with. Because I didn't purchase the vehicle from them, which was the first thing I was ask, you're no longer a priority. Been waiting 10 months for a loaner so the issue with the backup camera can be trouble shot. 1 star is to high a rating

Called the dealer on 3pm Saturday about a vehicle, I am 3
Called the dealer on 3pm Saturday about a vehicle, I am 3 hrs away and was told they closed at 5pm. So, I text the salesman on Sunday and told him I would like to look at the vehicle on Monday and I would be there at 11am and asked him to hold it for me. Salesman told me it wouldn't be a problem come on up and I'll have it ready for you. I was about an hour away when he texts and says someone is negotiating a deal on it and to hold off on coming to the dealership. Guess they didn't need my business and won't get it anytime in the future.
