I was told from a internet sales person that they would be very close to KBB trade value. When I arrived at the dealership that was anything but the truth. They offered me a trade value $5,000 less than KBB. I looked online for trucks like mine, selling for more than the KBB offer. Wow!

Bill Ely and Josh Baldwin were GREAT!
Bill Ely and Josh Baldwin were GREAT! Bill walked us thru sales process was very professional and personable. No high pressure tactics, just the facts and highlights of the car we were looking at. Josh was very efficient in the Finance office. None of the usual fast talk, sign here and here and you walk out having no idea what just happened. He explained to us everything and made sure we understood. Everyone we encountered there were very polite and personable. First time there, very impressed! Thank you!

I had a terrific experience at Sam Pierce Chevy.
I had a terrific experience at Sam Pierce Chevy... I found a perfect used car for a second car for us, exceeded my expectations, but the thing that stands out for me was the friendly, no-pressure experience with Rocky Price. A great experience!

I had purchased a 2021 GMC Denali 2500 HD, knowing it had a warranty issue with the transmission. 39k miles on it and it was leaking from front seal area. The performed the repair and I picked up my vehicle. With in a week I was getting out of my GMC and it rolled down the parking lot, I managed to stop the vehicle from getting away from me. Set the emergency brake and proceed to look into what the problem was. The technician that had performed the work at the dealership did NOT secure the linkage properly! Mistakes happen, but why I'm giving the 1 star review? Is that the transmission still has a leak, and service dept did not seem to care about the faulty work was performed on my (new to me) GMC denali!

I called Sam Pierce interested in a 91 Buick Century they
I called Sam Pierce interested in a 91 Buick Century they had there with only 5700 miles. I was put in touch with the internet manager Rocky. After being assured that this was an almost like new vehicle I made a deal with him to pay 17 thousand dollars for it, which I new was quite high for a vehicle this old but being a retired ASE master mechanic I liked the idea of being able to fix anything in the entire car. A short time later I recieved a call from Rocky and was notified that he recognized some paint damage on the car and sent me pictures of the door sides with what looked like scratches on them. He said his lot manager suggested that the car probably would need to be painted due to damage due to the cars age. Not being able to see the one full picture of the rest of the car while it was still wet I remarked that it would make sense that it was damage because of age that the deck lid, hood, roof, etc. would likely be the first to show it and asked if they had any damage to which he responded NOT THAT I NOTICED. Feeling confident that the damage to the side might just be scratches that could be buffed out I renegotiated the deal for 14 thousand and rented a U Haul trailer the next Saturday and headed out on a 4 HOUR DRIVE to purchase the vehicle. Being caught up in traffic in Indy I placed a courtesy call to the dealer to let Mandy, who was supposed to be our contact person according to Rocky, know we were running late so as not to keep her from lunch. The reponse was that she was not working there today. After contacting Rocky, who was on vacation, he informed us that Diana would be taking care of us. As we pulled into the dealer and parked we were approched, almost before I got the truck in park, by a very helpful saleman that informed us that Diana wasn't working there today. After a little confusion an employee, who I think turned out to be the finance manager, without introducing himself or even asking what our names were, asked if we were there for the Buick and pulled out two chairs at his desk to start the paperwork. WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE VEHICLE! We asked to see the vehicle first and he got it and pulled it around to inspect it where we found the same damage that was on the doors, only worse, on the entire vehicle. Especially the front, hood, roof, trunk lid, etc. I rented a trailer and drove 4 HOURS to get a vehicle that was junk! I have never had such a completely dishonest and aggravating experience in my whole life. After posting a glowing review on Yelp I noticed that there was basically only a couple five star reviews. One of the reviews from a Rocky P. After examining pictures of the Sam Pierce staff and the profile pictures on the post it was from the same Rocky Price that walzted me around on the Buick deal. What kind of smuck posts a review of his own place of employment to have the buying public think that this is a very reputable place instead of the clown show that it is. STAY AWAY! Can hardly wait to see a response about how sorry you are, blah, blah, blah. How about just sending me a check for the $200 I spent getting jerked around by you!
