Although it took 2 hours, I received all the service needs I wanted. The service personnel were both very friendly and clear about what was going on. They explained everything and showed me a printout of what they did.

We were greeted right when we came in. Somebody helped us right away. The staff was polite and very helpful. It was a quick buying experience because we knew what we wanted to purchase we had wished we had gotten more for our trade-ins.
