Jon A was a gem to work with. He bent over backwards to find deal/price that suited me. He drove my car home that evening, so I didn’t have to find someone who could meet me at the lot later in the week. He researched and finally bought a charging cord for my new, leased EV (didn’t COME with a cord!! What’s up with that, Kia??). Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.

Went with my daughter to view a used vehicle.
Went with my daughter to view a used vehicle. Daughter decided this was the vehicle for her and placed a deposit. She was in daily contact with the salesperson. She received notice late on Friday of the same week that they sold the vehicle out from under her. I would not trust this dealership since they do not have control of their own process. My daughter has to start her vehicle search all over again and I will have to fly back there again since this dealership did not do what should have been done (place the vehicle on hold).

Great group of folks to deal with, my only gripe is the car we bout only had one key, and there didn't seem to be much interest from the sales team to help us either go to the last owner to get the second key or to make us a new one. Real bummer actually
