The have been completely uncooperative and unhelpful.
The have been completely uncooperative and unhelpful. I havevto call 15 times to get ahold of anyone and when I do they are never helpful. I asked numerous times for them to start a claim with my extended warranty company, which they never did. I had the car towed to another shop that has been nothing but helpful.
