For the most part it went well.
For the most part it went well. My salesman helped me find he vehicle that I was looking for. The process still takes time since you have to wait awhile to meet with the finance people. Upon delivery to me it turned out the windshield fluid was almost empty and I had to fill it on my own, This was rather surprising to me, I am sure it was an oversight but does not live a new owner with a good feel..

Salesperson Seth was great.
Salesperson Seth was great. I feel that Finance manager Derrick was vague or deceptive by not discussing that dealership provides 12-month powertrain warranty to sell me a service contract. A week after buying, the finance manager told me that the service contracts can't be cancelled. So, I contacted warranty company directly to do so. Still waiting for resolution on this issue.

Our salesman and the entire staff were very polite. The only suggestion to improve the service would perhaps to Have coffee available on the sales floor in addition to the service floor. Your dealership appeared to be very clean and spotless.

Nora was helpful and patient and was not responsible for the many glitches in getting all documents. I am not sure what I got for the $799.50 document fee. Maybe it will help Arapahoe Kia fix the glitches!!
