Rep was not helpful.

Rep was not helpful. Felt manager was largely inattentive to asks unless there was money on the table. Finance person pulled a typical stealership move by omitting information until the last minute and not paying attention to detail (shipping docs to the wrong address). All these concerns were validated by another employee as well. I did work with the finance gal, Chelsea, who was absolutely FANTASTIC and the only highlight of the buying process, but overall wouldn’t go back here again.

5 stars for the deal I got.

5 stars for the deal I got.....1 star for the communication. Sales guy was fine and helpful once I arrived at the dealership, but the manager looked very annoyed to have to help me and never even introduced himself. The finance guy was very nice, but straight up lied to my face about the extended warranty costs. Thankfully, this is not my first rodeo and I caught the lie before I signed. Great car, great deal, typical dealership xx.. I probably wouldn't return...but might if it was just to make a deal
