I enjoy visiting MB of Hagerstown for a variety of reasons and trust the team that services our E550. Recently, Adam worked with me to help understand why the tire pressure sensor blew and caused the front tire to go flat. He and the other employees were able to get me in very quickly and explained our short and long term options. They were thinking ahead and are always very professional and upbeat in their customer service skills.

This was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever...
This was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had,and Ive had several! There was absolutely no pressure and I never felt one negative feeling about any part of my purchase. My salesman Barry was extremely informative and has more Mercedes benz information in his mind than i thought humanly possible. He was very patient,he explained every single function of this car. I have NEVER had a salesperson do thet before. The sales manager Rob was also very patient,informative,and accomodating. He helped me purchase a brand new car that I love verses one I liked that was an older model. The warranties,the finance rates,selection,and customer service were all stellar in my opinion.I will be buying my next vehicle here as well.

While traveling from FL to NY we experienced a a running...
While traveling from FL to NY we experienced a a running fan issue. We phone this dealership and spoke to a service advisor who help diagnose the problem. When we arrive at 4:30pm a mechanic was waiting for us, took the car in and 45 min. later we where back on the road. Also, Kristin help secure a a local hotel that would accept our dog, made the reservation for us, printed directions. We are so impressed. If we where not in a hurry to get to NY we probably would have purchased a new car. Who knows we might just stop there on our way back to Fl. I would like to think that all dealership would treat travelers this way, but, I am not sure. That being said we are very happy for the treatment we received. Hats off to all the staff.

As always, I had another pleasurable experience at your dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly. I had extensive work done, (brakes, rotors, etc.). I feel the price, although not cheep, was reasonable. When it looked as though my car would not be completed in one day, I was offered a loner car and told to not be in a rush to return it. Bring it back the next day at my leisure. The 2 ladies in the office where I paid for my work and where I received the keys to my rental car were very accommodating. Alex, the gentleman in the service dept. is so easy to work with and as he always is, very,very friendly. It is always a pleasure to bring in my Mercedes for service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I called to get my car serviced, and it was picked up the very next morning. Bill picked my car off and dropped it off. He is a wonderful person and a true asset to your dealership. My service advisor was very good. My car was repaired quickly and efficiently. So far, every time I have had to do business with this dealership, I couldn't have been more pleased. I bought my car there, and I have it serviced there. I highly recommend this dealership to people, and at this point, I plan on buying all of my future cars there and having them serviced there. This dealership is exceptional!

My 1999 SLK230 had been my deceased wife's beloved car,...
My 1999 SLK230 had been my deceased wife's beloved car, and I use it only infrequwntly and mostly in good weather. Consequently, it suffered some difficulties from sitting undriven rather than from overuse. Your service personnel handled the car at least as well as if it were their own. Its primary needs such as a new battery, an oil change, and new struts for the trunk door were handled beautifully and with reasonable cost. They also diagnosed several additional issues that warranted attention now or soon, and brought these to my attention honestly and without undue pressure. Meanwhile, all personnel were polite and attentive, offering me a loaner car or additional courtesies, such as picking up a sandwich for me for lunch when I decided I preferred to stay and read a book while my car was serviced. I enjoyed the company of several other satisfied customers during the time my car was taken care of and returned to me with a good wash, in decent time, and at a fair price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a new customer.

This was my third new car lease at this dealership and...
This was my third new car lease at this dealership and this was as pleasant of an experience as the previous visits. As the salespperson, Mike was as accommodating as I could have possbly expected. He took the time to familiarize me with the various options available. He made sure he knew what I was looking for and then attempted to make the best fit. Robert Buchanan took the same approach regarding the financial aspect. He asked me what I would be satisfied with rather than what Mercedes had to have. As a result, I think I ended up with a completely satisfactory agreement. At no time was I subjected to any strong arm tactics. Delivery of the vehicle was made at my convenience and at that time, Mike gave me a thorough introduction to the vehicle's features. The vehicle came with a full tank of gas. My Mercedes was recently in an accident. The entire staff of Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown were very supportive and helpful. Marty Gillom, Service Manager, was extremely helpful and professional. My car was immediately serviced and repaired. The General Manager, Justin Harbert, was very kind and helpful and provided many solutions to my situation. I then called my personal sales representative, Mike Lavrenchik. I told Mike that my car had been in an accident and Mike immediately responded with a lot of information and support. After the many options he gave me, I decided to purchase another great Mercedes Benz. I am extremely happy with my decision and am very pleased with the kindness and support of the entire Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown staff. Mike is a great sales representative and will answer all the questions you have and will even roll up his sleeves as he puts in the new mats and screws on the license plates as you wait! He also helped me "program" my new radio and explained how everything in the car functions! Now that is service!! I fully understand why this dealership has been rated #1. Each person is extremely supportive and professional and will help you find a car or will provide you with excellent and affordable service each and everytime you call them. They provide a loaner car when your Mercedes is being serviced. They are honest and trustworthy and their work and service is superb! There is a difference! Upon our first visit to Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown, my family and I were greeted in a timely and welcoming manner by sales consultant Richard Paden. He quickly ascertained my wife's needs, made some suggestions, and thoroughly reviewed the features of the vehicle she selected to test drive. Upon our return from the test drive, the sales manager Rob Buchanon inquired how the vehicle suited my wife and family and asked if he could present us with some leasing figures in a non-threatening manner. The professional no hasle manner of the staff made our purchase decision an easy one. There was no "smoke & mirrors" or back and forth games which my wife experienced at the two other dealerships she visited earlier in the week. We will not hesitate to recommend MB of Hagerstown to all of our friends and business associates.
