I purchased a vehicle from Interstate Ford on June 5, 2026, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, simple, and incredibly fast. My salesperson, Jeffrey Weatherly, was outstanding. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, showed me the vehicles I requested without any pressure, and even sent me home with a hat! The finance process was equally impressive; Larry Foster was amazing and handled the closing exactly the way buying a car should be—efficient and transparent. What truly sets this dealership apart, however, is their commitment to the customer after the sale. After only three days of owning the car, I experienced a major powertrain failure. When I called the dealership, they immediately stepped up. They had me tow the vehicle to a local dealer where it was repaired under the warranty provided by Interstate Ford, and they even covered a portion of the bill. Additionally, after identifying a few other safety-related concerns with the vehicle, Adam Gilbert, the sales manager, and the entire Interstate Ford team have been proactive. They have personally ensured me that they are doing everything in their power to correct these issues to provide a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. If you are ever leery about buying a used vehicle from a dealership, do yourself a favor and visit Interstate Ford. Make sure to work with Jeff Weatherly, Larry Foster, and Adam Gilbert. They stand behind their word and will ensure you have a safe and dependable vehicle that your family can rely on. Highly recommended!

I waited two and a half months for my custom order Bronco. Unfortunately, my salesperson was off on the day of pickup, so I worked with Noah to complete the purchase. My experience with Noah and the sales manager, Thomas, was very disappointing. Noah was hostile during our discussion of an "updated quote" they presented to me at the last minute. Thomas refused to honor the documented commitments made by my original salesperson, with whom I had been working for months. The trust I had in Interstate Ford was eroded so quickly at the final stage that I felt I had no choice but to walk away from the Bronco I had customized and waited months for. It was an incredibly frustrating experience and a complete waste of almost three months. After posting this review, I spoke with GM Paul Nichols. Rather than addressing the trade-value discrepancy or the last-minute quote changes, he defended the conduct, told me this is how they do business, and said his staff agreed I was the problem. That call confirmed for me that walking away was the right decision.

Update: After posting this review, I spoke directly with GM Paul Nichols. Rather than addressing the concerns I raised about the way the transaction was handled, he defended his staff, told me this is how they do business, and called me condescending for asking questions about the numbers. He also said his staff agreed that I was the problem. That conversation confirmed for me that this was not an isolated issue with one employee, but a reflection of the dealership’s culture and how they treat customers when a deal is questioned.
