Engine blew.
Engine blew. Replaced with power train warranty. Get it back and next day engine light is back on. Take back to dealership and find out it is NOT covered for issues that is engine related. Now possibly $1.200 or get another car. I say BS! This is how you treat seniors?? This has only to do with service NOT the salesman. Who I will say is awesome. Get your act together guys. Reviews for service is horrible.

I recently purchased a 2014 cadillac cts coupe from them.
I recently purchased a 2014 cadillac cts coupe from them. I was told that the car had just had a pre delivery inspection done on it and it was good to go with a 6 month power train warranty. I got it home on day one and found that it was missing the oil dipstick and tube and there is an open hole in the side of the block going to the oil pan. They told me not to drive it and they towed it back to the dealership. They then contacted me and said they have one on order and that they could not do anything about extending the warranty because of there screw up. I was also later told that there was never an actual inspection done on the car. UPDATE... they have offered to take the car back. I'm now in the process of getting a return check and getting the paperwork switched back over. Travis the sales manager has been very understanding of the situation and seems to be working to resolve this issue. I wish they would have worked with me on extending the warranty after I discovered there mistake cause I really liked the car but they said they couldn't do that after the purchase was made.

Although I appreciated the quality of service from the technicians at Interstate Ford, I found the wait for parts, answers, and Allstate Insurance approvals frustrating. I would have appreciated more proactive follow-up from the tech leads regarding Allstate. However, I am happy with the overall repair of my car and it is running smoothly. The only minor issue is that the seats no longer heat up as much as they did before. Hopefully, this issue can be fixed. But overall, I'm impressed with the team's work on my car.

My salesperson "Aaron" rolled out the red carpet and picked me up from the airport and in less than an hour, I was through finance and headed back home to Georgia. I contacted Interstate Ford about ordering a new Raptor.
I contacted Interstate Ford about ordering a new Raptor. I got an immediate response but the salesman told me there is a $10,000 to $15,000 market adjustment over MSRP. No thanks. 1 minute later the local Ford dealership (6 miles from Interstate Ford) called and offered to order the Raptor for MSRP. My Raptor was ordered the next day and 2 days later they got an allocation. Unfortunately for Interstate Ford my wife is also looking to purchase a new car so you lost 2 customers with your market adjustment BS.

Nice canned response. You are well aware that you take advantage of customers and charge well over MSRP whenever possible. I purchased 2 new cars in 2023 and you lost those sales because of your business practices. You also lost the business of my friend and family. Keep up the good work. I seriously don’t understand how you can charge $15,000 over MSRP for a vehicle that I got for MSRP at a dealership less than 6 miles from you.

We were involved in a hit/skip collision, by an impaired driver, just 4 days before Christmas. Our 2019 Fusion was a total loss. The collision itself and dealing with insurance has been quite traumatic and stressful, but buying a new vehicle wasn’t! Thanks to Corey and his straight forward, honest approach. He was completely upfront on what was and wasn’t possible/available in my price/payment range. He listened to my must haves and would like to haves. Then, worked to help me find a vehicle. Once we found a vehicle that fit my criteria, he worked on getting it from another dealer to Interstate. We set the appointment, I came in did the paperwork and now we have a new car! He did not try to pressure me into a vehicle out of my price range, he did not try to oversell a vehicle that did not meet my criteria, he was the best salesman I’ve dealt with in over 30 years of purchasing Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicles at various dealerships.
