Service tech was fantastic in locating problem and rectifying it. Service team was very patient and informative when I called which occurred regularly since I had just rebuilt the top end of my Hemi and then had problems arise that were not anticipated.

Happy with my service and customer service. I was to take my car in for service but needed to be at work to open so they were able to take me to work and delivered my Jeep to me when service was finished. This is definitely a plus for me.

Went in for a oil change/rotation tires but needed extra help with a message on screen. Service manabger stopped what they nwere doing and took me out to my car and explained the message process in full. Great job is assisting an old dog how to use the new tricks of the car!!!

Been using this shop for 10 years when in the area((1-2) year). Always quick to get in on short notice, and always get a good review at end of services on what they checked and serviced. This doesn’t happen at most shops as we use others while on the road.

This is the first time I have had a dealership give me a loaner while servicing my vehicle. Not only did I get loaner, but the service dept. manager picked up my vehicle and dropped the loaner off at my house so I did not have to bring my Ram in for the repairs needed. We will definitely be doing our business with them from now on and recommend them to everyone!

While traveling to visit relatives in Illinois, our van broke down in Hannibal - a car repair place couldn’t help us but referred us to Poage just down the road. The mechanic looked at our van within 15 minutes and said he would give us an estimate. Well, we knew the van had “issues” so we weren’t surprised when the estimate came back rather high. The parts wouldn’t be in until the next day so they offered us a loaner van to continue our travels. While there, we just decided to see if we could just trade in the van rather than repair it! They were wonderful to work with! We traded for an Acadia, picked it up a couple days later and they had filled it up AND put two new tires on it!!!!!!!

Had an issue while traveling through Hannibal. Rhonda was able to get me in that afternoon, get me a loaner car to get to Kansas City for important doctor appointments the next day. Then the repair was covered under an extended warranty so I didn't have to use mine and pay the $100 deductible. Hope I break down in Hannibal every time!! I'd love to have these guys as my home dealership.

We purchased our 2012 Chrysler van from this dealership in Hannibal. That is where we took it to have the window repaired. We were only in that dealership less than an hour. They had the part that we needed and had it fixed in no time. We told them we hoped to not be back until we were ready to trade again--this is the truth.
