I had a great experience shopping and purchasing my new vehicle from Andy Mohr Ford. The salesman, Jesse S., was really friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process feel smooth and seamless. I really appreciated his assistance. I also appreciated the other associate I worked with, Babu. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me clearly. I really appreciate the time and effort these two went through to help me with my purchase.

Very disappointing experience with Andy Mohr Ford. I was purchasing a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E. We agreed in writing on an out-the-door price. I authorized the dealership to run my credit, they pulled my credit and I received financing approval. The dealership then sent me a Buyer’s Order, but the total was incorrect. I did not back out of the deal. I was waiting for them to correct their own paperwork, and I had clearly communicated that I was planning to pick up the vehicle. While I was waiting for the corrected Buyer’s Order, the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else. What makes this especially frustrating is that they had already run my credit and gone through the financing process for this specific vehicle. I was ready to complete the purchase; I was simply waiting for the dealership to correct the paperwork to match the price we had already agreed to in writing. I have the text messages confirming the OTD price, the Buyer’s Order showing the incorrect amount, and the documentation related to the financing process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend allowing this dealership to run your credit until you have the final Buyer’s Order with the exact agreed OTD price and confirmation that the vehicle is being held for you. I expected much better communication and professionalism from a Ford dealership.

I had to do the deal mostly over text during my workday and they got the number I was looking for. I drove over from Columbus, Ohio, and the vehicle was sitting out front and they were ready to button up the deal quickly so that I can get back on the road

I have a 2024 Bronco Sport with a left head light crack problem. Another dealer said it was not covered under warranty. Jordan went out took some photos met with his manager and came back to me and said it was absolutely covered. 5 stars
