Issues with the paint job on my new truck
The paint repair and other small repairs were do done with high quality. The paint manager I worked with was very cooperative and very helpful.

LC is the greatest! He put me in a truck that I wanted and could afford. He is very friendly and personable! The facilities at Andy Mohr are very clean and well maintained.

Great service awesome people
Very accommodating great experience with the andy Mohr service team. Felt like a valued customer and they got my car in fast. Was able to replace all four tires and get an oil change fast.

have my Ford Edge 2016 checked to this dealership(Andy Mohr Ford) for making a unusual noise. They are able to address my cars problem, although a little bit longer as what their estimated time, bottom line they fixed it good.

Poor service!
Derrick the service writer did a great job but the technicians did not complete the work. It took 4 trips to get the back up camera on our truck fixed. They kept saying it was correct when it was not. This would not be such an issue but in the past this dealership has worked on our MKX and with two separate issues it took 4 visits each time to fix that vehicle. Not sure what the issue is but why does it take so many visits to correctly repair a vehicle. Very disappointing and costs us time and money.
