Great experience buying my new (used) car!

I called ahead to verify the Cadillac SRX I was interested was still available and set a time to view the car. Malcom met me at the door as I stepped out of my car. He was great to work with through test drives and negotiations. Closing the deal was quick and easy and the dealership helped arrange the financing I wanted. At delivery the tank was full, the car was detailed and Malcom spent quality time with me and my wife explaining and configuring all the car options. What a great experience buying a car! Thanks to Malcom and the whole team at Jeff Schmitt Auto Group.

Amazing Experience @ Jeff Schmitt w/ Mr. Worth

I looked all over my city in North Carolina; I flew to Ohio because of an advertisement I found online at another dealership, however, once I got there, they switched up on me; I drove to 3 different dealerships before getting to Jeff Schmitt; I called ahead, so Mr. Worth was waiting for me. He listened to exactly what I wanted on the phone and when I arrived he had the car waiting up front for me as if it was already mine. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. The entire process took no more than 2 hours and I was on my way in my beautiful new 2017 Chevy Impala; within budget and at least $4,000 less than every other dealership was trying to charge me for the total price. I can't thank you enough Mr. Worth for your professionalism and willingness to listen to my frustrations and making sure that I left there with a smile on my face. I am still enjoying my purchase. This was truly a Merry Christmas because of you. Thank you <3

Excellent service!

Jeff Schmitt Cadillac Review

I had gone to several dealerships to look for an automobile and by far the experience I had at Jeff Schmitt was much better than any other dealer I went too. The salesman I worked with, Tim Muterspaw, is one of my favorite car salesmen that I have done business with. My entire experience was not influenced by pushy sales tactics or intimidation. Tim did a great job of making me feel welcome and answered my questions thoroughly. I definitely will come back to Tim and Jeff Schmitt when I purchase my next vehicle. I definitely recommend dealership to those looking for a new vehicle. Ask for Tim!

Best customer service in Ohio

Brian Edwards is the best Salesman I have ever dealt with when buying a new car. I have dealt with many car salesman in the past but this was the most pleasant yet! Will defiantly return!! Thank you!

Such an enjoyable experience

My name is Brenda Leonard. I went to Jeff Schmitt Dealership @ the Beavercreek location to buy good used car, for my daughter. I was greeted with a smile, and felt very much at ease. My salesman was Malcolm Worth. He was very professional, answered every question that me and my daughter had. This man went above and beyond to help us. He even came in on his day off, to ensure us optimal service. He promptly returned every phone call and email. This is the second vehicle that Mr Worth has sold to me. At a later date I will be looking to buy a third vehicle from this dealership, and I won't deal with anyone other than Malcolm Worth.

Service After the sale

Bryan Edwards made the deal happen. We were totally prepared to continue shopping around but Bryan met our needs and convinced us that he'd be there after the sale to tend to any needs we may have. Have been back twice for help with accessory items and Bryan has held true to his word, patiently assisting in getting the pre-sets for the driver's seat just right!
