Average Joe

The experience was Great! Working with Sarah made everything very easy and she worked in my best interest. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and straightforward, unlike the other places (Audi Denver, your sales ignored us). We were able to find a great vehicle and great price we were looking for the last 3 months. Only 4 stars on buying because of my screw-up. I went thru my bank and was one point higher than if I had done financing in house. I wish they would have challenged me about my rate beforehand. In hindsight I’ll refinance in a couple of weeks.

Impreza service

Excellent. They finished ahead of time.Everything that needed to be done was taken care of. The waiting area was very nice and the Starbucks coffee was excellent.

Easy Pre-Owned Purchase!

I purchased a Pre-Owned NIssan Juke from AutoNation Subaru West. The sales staff and the finance staff were incredibly helpful, easy going, and customer friendly. It was an enjoyable experience and the amount of "idle time" spent in the showroom was minimal, which was greatly appreciated.

Great service rep, horrible tech.

DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPT! I have had my '17 Impreza in 4 different times for the drivers airbag / horn button rattling over hard bumps. Each time they say they never hear the noise, while everyone who rides with me asks "what is that noise?" I had to get Subaru involved and open a case, but this dealer and it's "factory trained tech" seem to not care. I watched the car's location on the Starlink app and the Impreza never moved the entire 6 DAYS it was there! Their paperwork showed only an ending milage also, no beginning. I have a strong feeling it was never driven. This is the first time I've ever had a new car to any dealer and Autonation Subaru west has certainly lived up to my expectations. I will be taking the Impreza to a private professional Subaru repair shop where they know what they are doing and treat people and their cars with respect.

Love my Crosstrek, poor experience

Love my Crosstrek, but poor buying experience at AutoNation West. I was looking at a used Crosstrek, but found myself considering a new one. So, I hadn?t educated myself on what features were included with the different levels. When I began talking over the differences between the used 2017 Crosstrek that I had been interested in with the new 2018 base model, I went through, multiple times, which features would not be on the base model. I finally went with the new base model, and was very disappointed when I got home that I didn?t have a CD player. I sent a text message to my sales person about this and got no reply. AutoNation West sent me an email that they wanted to know if I was unhappy with my experience, so as the email directed, I called. I was forwarded to a sales manager, who was rather defensive and dismissive and he (after he said that CD players were outdated technology anyway) said that he ?might help a little? if I went to Car Toys and picked one out, but refused to tell me what he was offering. Bottom line, my experience really wasn?t important to these people in spite of giving them the benefit of my feedback. Too bad because if this issue had not come up, I would have considered this a fairly positive experience.
