We set out to drive Subaru and Toyota SUVs earlier this week. AutoNation Subaru West is the closest to our home, so we decided to go there. The Toyota dealership where we bought our last car is also close by. I had reviewed vehicles on Consumer Reports and received cost quotes for a 2016 Forester from four Denver area Subaru dealers. AutoNation Subaru West does not not participate in the Consumer Reports car buying program. However, the sales associate, Donald Wright, worked with us to match the lowest quote. His excellent service motivated us to forgo the Toyota test drives and buy a Forester that day.

Working with Viktor Biefel was a positive experience. He listened to what we were looking for and found the right car to meet our needs. He was extremely helpful working with us thru the purchasing process as well as answering questions we had regarding the operations of the vehicle. We've had a good experience before at this dealership which is why we came back again.
