Sales manager Allen Hensil was very helpful with my delivery of a corvette that was actually purchased from a dealership in Michigan.

Have had nothing but problems with this dealership, they've had my husband's truck for a month and Josh will not return our calls, and is conveniently never available when we call to follow up.

If I could make this a negative number I would. Buchanan service department in Waynesboro Pennsylvania is absolutely horrible. They order parts and when the part comes in they tell you it’s the wrong part and they have to re-order it and it comes in again with the same part and it’s the wrong part again. The service manager stated that it’s a manufacturing defect and we just have to accept the fact that we can’t get a skid plate that was damaged when we bought the vehicle (A 2025 Chevy Colorado ZR2) and they were to replace it. We’ve gotten two vehicles from them now and had problems both times. Do not recommend ever going there for service. However, their sales department is fantastic and never had problems with them. It’s their service department that needs to have the employees all fired and start over again. And from what we understand, the service manager replaced the manager that they recently fired so he’s new and should not be treating customers this way. That’s the reason they have such bad ratings.

.Steer clear of this dealership....you have been warned... there are many other, better dealers to deal with
