I brought my car in because it was making a noise. The service center was busy that day, but I liked that one of the service reps got right up, took a quick drive with me to hear the noise. I appreciated this since I had my kids with me. I made an appointment to get my brakes changed, and I liked how they kept me informed during the day on the progress, called when it was done, and the shuttle service was so convenient, friendly and picked me up right away.

The service writer (Micheal Campanella) was excelent at his job and was very friendly I got my car back sooner than thought. The lady (Liz)who rents the cars was also excellent at her job
