Green Dodge

I had a scheduled appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early (i live an hour away). It took 50 minutes for oil change. Truck was not washed. I was told that they could go ahead and wash if i wanted to wait. (The green hyundai dealer on dirkson just automatically washes. And I dont have to ask). Was disappointed that it was not included. (Truck was not filthy. Had some bird poop on it.). So when i go back next week to get the weather proof seal put on between cab amd bed of truck I will request that it get washed at that time. When i checked in was some what friendly and just seemed like i was a bother. I will go back only because of warranty

K.C. Gorda was very professional and accommodating. This is the 3rd new Ram I've bought through Green Dodge and it's always been good. The facilities are very nice / accomodating. This is the first time I have worked w/K.C. And he is a great salesperson.

We had experience buying a new car at Green Dodge. We were actually there getting an oil change on another vehicle and were wandering the showroom while we waited. We have been considering buying a new SUV for a while just waiting for the right time and rebates, this was it!

oh! Todd Nabb was the salesman that came out right away to greet me as I parked my BMW-X5..he was extrememly friendly and helpful...and he was so so patient...The whole team was very welcoming and made me feel like I could certainly be accommodated. Todd took me for a test drive in one of the vehicles that was on the lot and explained to me the differing options which were on the Subaru-Touring vehicle that I was interested in... My husband and I did pick up our new Subaru on Monday..which they located for me at a dealership in St. Louis..they very graciously went down to the St Louis dealership and brought my car up to me! I have personally called Todd several times(once while I was in the parking lot at Lowe's) and he very nicely and graciously explained everything to me and helped me with understanding my Sirius radio and the back hatch opening mechanism...Todd has just been super!!!!! He certainly deserves 50 stars!! Also, Ryan Maisenbacher, who sells extended warranties...was very nice and very thorough, too...many stars for Ryan too.!!!!

Amazing servicegreat fun spending money to have a nice shiny new Dodge Ram pickup with air conditioned leather seats!! Would highly recommend the entire team of employees for a huge taise.
