Green Dodge

I came in to have some work done on my truck. As soon as I arrive they are already trying to sell me services I don't need. They have this chart that they show you and tell you that is what you need, but if you know your maintenance schedule then you'll realize that they try to sell you the work about 4x more frequently than you need it. Don't trust any shop that does this. I'll never go back there again and I advise others to stay away. They don't care about you, only what's in your wallet.

Everything was good until my wife asked for rubber floor mats. the salesman agreed and said he would go find some for us while we were doing the paperwork .the salesman came back and we asked him again about the rubber floor mats he said yes and immediately went out to look them again. We signed the IOU form nothing owed. needless to say we didn't get our floor mats. The salesman said we would get them when he ordered them because they were out. Long story short we have no floor mats

From the beginning, dealing with Green Dodge was a great experience. I reached out online with a few questions and Krista took great care of me. Being that I was going to have to drive 1.5 hours, it was important for me to feel comfortable enough to make the trip. We settled on an estimated price without even seeing my 14 year old trade in... and right off the bat it was a better price than six other dealers were estimating after three days of negotiations. After my wife and I show up, K.C. took over and was able to lower the price an additional $750 without me even asking. That's pretty impressive. Both K.C. Gorda and Krista (Internet Manager) were great to work with and I highly recommend starting your car shopping here. They made it worth the trip to Springfield.

After kicking the tires on used trucks for 3 months, I found an extremely clean, low mileage 2012 Ram 1500 at Green Dodge on a Sunday in January, drove it on Monday, and sealed the deal on Wednesday. Very smooth process. Went in for my first oil change and tire rotation yesterday afternoon. In and out in a timely fashion. Very satisfied with the people and service provided at this dealership.

Express oil change and tire rotation lived up to the fast service hype ! Waiting room is comfortable and clean with nice beverage machines !Even a little play room for the kids if you bring them !

The service team ifs always courteous, polite and accommodating. We never have to wait long and wetter done and on our way. Highly recommended..

We are pleased with our purchase of our 2014 charger and dealing with K.C. Gorda for the third time. We love our new charger.

In the last 4 or 5 years I've purchased 2 New Ram trucks and a Rav4 from Green. Love them all. But BEWARE!!!! These people have no problems with either giving or selling your name and phone #'s to phone solicitors that are relentless in trying to peddle their goods. I've tried for almost 6 months to get off this list to no avail. Please check out other reviews on Yelp with other sites a coming.

I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, both new and used, and my recent purchase of a 2015 Subaru Outback at Green Subaru was probably the best I have ever experienced. The people at Green could not have been nicer. They took their time with us; did not try to hurry us into a decision...no pressure...it was great!

Very satisfied with my purchase, love my new SUV. They assisted me in the trade as part of my purchase. They made the whole experience so much easier. Looking forward to many years as a Dodge owner.
