Excellent Customer Service
S&K promptly received a factory warranty item for my vehicle very quickly. They called me when it came in. I was going to call to set up an appointment the following week. They beat me to it. I mentioned that it's difficult for me to get vehicle there. I happened to be off early that day and mentioned that to them. They said bring it in. We will take care of it ASAP. They did exactly that. I had a very small wait, they fixed it and I was on my way back home in no time.

Excellent Service After the Sale
As always, the service was performed with no problems. I have confidence in the mechanics who work on my vehicle at S & K so that service is done competently and completely. It is not true that it costs more to have a certified dealer do maintenance and repairs. S & K charges fees comparable to any other repair shops, but uses genuine GM parts.

Great Experience
I have bought several new vehicles over the years and S&K Buick GMC was by far the BEST experience Ive ever had with a dealership! The salesman I dealt with, Dave Hahn, was very friendly and courteous and helped me find the right truck to fit my budget. Bob Johnson was also a great person to deal with! Thank you S&K!
