I first was on your website and asked questions. Jon Casey called. I told him what I was looking for but my time was limited because of health problems with my elderly parents. He was patient but kept in touch. When I was able to come into the showroom he was professional & friendly. Showed me the car I was interested in and helped me through the buying process. I was nervous but it was a great experience.
