Beau Townsend Ford

Drove into the parking lot and parked in front of the New Car Sales Building. Joe Petty met me at the front of my car with a friendly demeanor and asked what he could help me with today. I stated I was there for the current leasing special on the Ford Escape. Joe admitted that he was not familiar with that special but invited me inside to his desk and we would "check it out". He quickly found the Special Offer that I had inquired about and cautioned me that while the vechicle was zero money down as advertised, the advertised monthly price did not include tax, title and such. This turned out to be the key to Joe's personality and salemenship. At every point of the transaction, I felt like Joe was 'pulling for me' to get what I wanted in a sincere way. However he came across that he also understood there could be minor disappointments along the way and was looking to mitigate any problems that might arise during the course of the deal at Beau Townsend. Joe might not of known about the current special that I was inquiring about but Joe was well versed in the options and highlights of the Escape. Joe was very thorough, without having to be asked, to display ALL the features of the Ford Escape. No hyperbole, Joe knew the vechicle so well, I would of thought he helped design it. My wife and I have been together over seventeen years, in that time we have purchased seven different vechicles between the two of us. Two of those seven vechicles were purchased/leased at Beau Townsend and BOTH trasactions were smooth, easy, and leaving both my wife and I feeling very positive about the dealership. We will not be going to other dealerships ever again.

The personnel were honest, friendly, and respectful. They gave us options and put us in the vehicle of our choice. Even though we were uncertain about getting the credit needed to purchase the vehicle, they made us comfortable and ensured us all would work out fine. We were given the option how much we wanted to put down on the vehicle without being pressured to put more money down. Overall we were able to make our own decisions without feeling pressured. This is our second car purchased from Beau Townsend Ford.

Friendly, courteous staff that worked hard to get us a vehicle we could afford. Everyone went out of their way to be courteous and to be as quick as possible. We are still waiting for part of the roof rack that was missing that needs a replacement part and the second set of keys that weren't with the vehicle.

Arash was extremely helpful and was able to get me approved which made my time at the dealership minimal. He was very helpful with sync the hone to the car and going over all aspects of the car

I did my research before arriving at the dealership so I knew what vehicle I wanted to test drive. I had also been in contact with Justin Rash sales associates prior to my arrival via email/phone. Upon my arrival I was pleased to see the Escape I had been considering was out front and ready for my inspection and test drive. I was promptly greeted and made to feel relaxed and not pressured by anyone. I am pleased to say I purchased a new vehicle. David Towner was very helpful answering any and all questions I had due to Justin not being able to be there at time of purchase. I've shopped around and other dealers are higher priced. Sales persons and financial personnel are very kind and made my purchase less stressful than it could of been. They went, what felt was, out of their way to make the purchase pleasant and affordable.
