Pat was great. She arranged a test drive that met my timeline, not hers. In fact, she stayed over to let me test drive not one, but two vehicles. She explained the differences between the two and discussed the warranty available for both vehicles. Wonderful experience. No pressure. Nice change from previous experiences. Well done.

Was charged $115 to tell me the problem which is ridiculous. Was told it was a leak in the transmission hoses and would cost over $1400. Also was told my front and back brakes needed replaced and that also was over $1400 for a total of $3000. Took it somewhere else and they did everything for $1300. Will not use Ford services for repairs in future. Dealerships do not have your best interest in mind especially during this economy hardship we are experiencing.
