Horrible service department and aggressive sales tactics

Horrible service department and aggressive sales tactics trying to get you in the door every few years . Avoid at all cost they won’t leave you alone , then they won’t provide the service THEY give you. Was given 4 free oil changes and was a nightmare trying to cash in the last one

Service at PCJD is always excellent.

Service at PCJD is always excellent. Good communication about what they are doing. The service techs send small videos by text if they discover any issues. Very helpful.

Brent did a great job with my vehicle.

Brent did a great job with my vehicle. I was skeptical at first but Brent eased my concerns. When I communicated that the repair was still under warranty, he did a good job with communicating the the agency to get the process taken care of. He kept me updated on what was going on. It was greatly appreciated!

my name is Mary. I took my Dodge ram into service three weeks ago and I’m still waiting its unacceptable. I paid this truck off never missed one payment, but since I paid it off the service that I get from the service center up at Georgesville Road is horrible. It’s just not no way you should treat a loyal customer or nobody for that matter please be better

The service that I’ve been getting from Performance is

The service that I’ve been getting from Performance is horrible since I paid his truck off. I do not get the respect that I should get when I bring my vehicle in and I wait weeks on top of weeks and the service advisor always tell me something just to satisfy me for the moment.
