Faulkner Buick GMC West Chester

We have been customers of Faulkner for a good many years. We buy our cars there and service them there. If we didn’t think they were excellent, we wouldn’t continue to deal with them.. Overall we think they are top notch, especially the service dept.and our service representative Leslie.

Left car there night before. No call from service by noon. Called twice, and was told someone would call back. Needed ride back, that wasnt done either.
