I was told it would take an hour to finish the service on the truck and it was completed 15 to 20 minutes early with many people in the waiting room.

9/01/14 2015 Ford Explorer Sport - Don Spiker was great with us but not sure why he is no longer working at the store (2 days after sale)? Rudy was also good to work with on the finance side and explained things well. Down side: I left a message for Rudy on 9/3/4, also a message by e-mail with our sales rep, and tried to reach the service dept. No one responds to messages and the phone call to the service dept., someone hung up on me! I believe your office is very short staff and needs to communicate better with the public. I understand your building is going to get a remodel job? This would be great! The service dept., and rental areas needs to be more welcoming/classier. The sales area is crowded with tables/chairs and I HATED this area the most. It's way to easy to over hear other peoples personal business.

Oil Change and 72000 mile check
I took my 2003 Ford Taurus to the Fast Lane for an oil change and 72,000 mile check. The wait time was exactly what I was told, people are friendly, and service is very good. Brighton Ford is the only place I have ever taken my Taurus for service, Thanks for ten years of great service.

I have taken my F-150 to Brighton Ford since I bought it at Brighton Ford. I will continue to let the professionals at Brighton Ford service and change my oil. They always top off fluids and recommend any repairs needed, but are not pushy to get the repairs done unless it is a safety issue. They are always timely with the service or repairs for my truck. I am happy to recommend Brighton Ford for service or repair of your vehicles.
