Service Advisors can make the difference
The Service advisors Billy and Daniel are always top notch in taking care of the customers needs. They are knowledgeable and informative. The service department follows through on what is needed. They never try to sell you something that isn't needed as you will find at many other dealerships. This is one of the reasons I switched from Toyotas to Mazdas.

2019 Mazda 3 hatchback purchase
Tim saw me walking in and immediately came forward to assist me. He and I got along right away. Was able to locate the 3 I wanted in reasonable time. He also sold a Sonata to my daughter a few days later. She was happy too with Tim’s experience./knowledge. Only bummer- used wipers/fluid 2 or 3 times, now empty.

Gets the job done!
I had a lot of problems with my transmission that started after I bought the car at Conicelli near Philadelphia. Michelle from Jack Giambalvo Hyundai really listened to my plight and didn’t make me feel like I was some crazy woman who didn’t know how to drive the dual clutch transmission. Long story short, the problem got fixed and now I will keep bring my car back for oil changes because of her and the hard working mechanics there! Finally someone to trust😊

Disappointment
Made appointment three weeks out. Arrived only to find out parts were not available. Remainder of work requested was completed well. This may require a return trip, or to a different repair facility. Which requires another day off work. Not happy.
