Very Very Poor service from Erwin.
Very Very Poor service from Erwin. Had work done and found that it was not done correctly. Caused my vehicle to leave me stranded more than once. I have proof and pics of there mistakes. Also paid for transmission fluid and filter change. What I got was a bolt broken off and glued back in place and no gasket on pan. Only silicone. This is my second truck from Erwin and it's a lemon. I feel that Erwin's should reimburse me or repair my lemon before It gets taken to court.I have a lot of family and friends that shop here,Matt should think about this if he wants to keep there buisness in future. I was done very wrong by Erwin's service center. I will be waiting for a legit response from Matt Erwin!!!
