Not sure

I had been looking for a car for about 4-5 months. I saw that Chapman had a car that I wanted. I called them because they sent us a waiver for money off for a car purchase. I spoke with a very nice manager there, but when I went in I got put with a salesmen who was very disinterested in my business. He seemed to not know what car we were looking at even after I told him. And didn’t know anything about the vehicle. Ended up giving them a price I wanted and they said yes. Did a “full detail” but neglected to say that they only give 1/4 tank of gas on used cars. Overall wasn’t the best experience but they are one of the only dealerships in the area that still haggles.

Great Experience Buying our Ford Escape Titanium

The entire team at Chapman made this one of the best car-buying experiences we've been through. The test drive, price negotiations, trade-in negotiations, title and insurance transfer, and documentation completion processes all were handled very professionally.
