This was the best and easiest purchase of a car. I stumbled upon a 2020 audi q5. Found it here. I live in Virgina. I talked with Seth. Who was the one who traded in the car. Seth was awesome. I already had 2 Audis before. So didnt need to test drive. I wanted to pick up vehicle and pay same day. Seth was incredibly honest as he sent me pictures of inside also asked him if any visible damage on the outside of car and asked about the tires. I was completely sure that I wantrd this vehicle. Solely based on how honest he was about the car. Let me say I was blown away that the car was exactly how he described. Recently purchased a M340 from BMW of Lancaster. I was comparing between several other dealers in the area for the right car but the experience I received from Faulkner was far better than what I had receieved from other dealerships. I worked with Seth Lewis who was always responsive to my questions and was extremely flexible as I seemed undecided with what the best option was. He was honest and never once tried to sell me the more expensive option but tailored is opinion to what was right for me, that was greatly appreciated. He never pushed me into anything nor make me feel a burden when I had questions or felt undecided. He was extremely accessible by text and always responsive. I highly recommend him to anyone. The process was always great and Christine from finance was transparent and made sure to do her best to get me the best terms possible. Plus she had a great sense of humor! The car detailing upon delivery was the best I had ever seen! A shoutout to the detailing team. I got a great walk through of the car tech features from I believe it was Deshawn (sorry if i misspelled or got the name wrong) he was extremely helpful and great to talk to about cars and my new bmw! Shoutout to the team!

Good customer service as usual, Jesse always recommends what service my car needs. He explained very well what need to be done. I like when technician send the video of the car explaining how's the mechanical condition of the car and what service is recommended to do.

The dealership has shown to have lost the exceptional customer service that it had a few years ago. I think it could be a result of staffing challenges. It was several years ago, you felt like you were truly appreciated as a return customer. Currently, I feel more like an inconvenience when I visit for service on my vehicle.
