Came all the way from New Jersey! Searching for a hard to get model in somewhat high demand.....they held it for me - even without a deposit! Salesman was very nice, called me back giving me updates on availablity due to a mandatory stop sale. The business manager was not pushy with extra warranty stuff and the owner even stopped by to introduce himself. Overall a very nice experience!

I had been shopping for a new SUV to fit my growing family for a long time. With H&H I was able to find the PERFECT SUV for the price I wanted. :) I called to test drive and Joel had my car ready and waiting before I got there. We feel in love and then started talking numbers. Ross was able to get the new car where I wanted it to be at and was approved and ready in 10mins! They were all friendly, welcoming, and answering the 1000 questions I had asked. Was such a wonderful experience and we all LOVE our new car!!

This was our first used car purchase from H & H. We went in on a Thursday evening and Jeff set us up with a test drive. He then turned us over to Joel who took great care of us, answering our questions and addressing our concerns. We went back on Friday to pick up our vehicle. Joel took the time to explain the operation of the vehicle and all the features. He also showed us around the service department and made us feel comfortable getting the car serviced at their facility. Ross got us a great rate and made financing quick and painless. I would go back to H & H in a heartbeat.
