Horrible service

Absolute worst service department. They will charge the maximum amount for everything and tell you they didn’t charge you for certain things out of good will. There is a reason they have bad reviews. This is the second time I have dealt with this service department in the past 10 years every time it’s worse. Do not disregard these bad reviews do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

Squeaky brakes

Brought in for oil change told them that since they did my brakes the last time they have been squeaking they said no problem they rotate the tires with the oil change and would inspect the brakes , they agreed the brakes squeak and would apply some anti squeak went to pay for the oil change and they said they had to charge me for checking the brakes thought that was kinda crappy I drove off and sure enough the brakes still squeak on a new truck . Ask them to check the tire pressure since I was leaving on a road trip they didn?t

Sold me a reconstructed vehicle

We purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu. There was no mention that it was reconstructed. When it was due for inspection our mechanic told us it was a reconstructed vehicle and checking the title it was confirmed to be a R title. I called and talked to John Suader explaining the issue and he had said they go by the auto reports on the car and it didn't show any accidents. I was hoping he'd do the right thing and offer some sort of refund, service guarantee if there were issues but all he'd offer is to "work with us". I pressed him on what that "work with us" meant he said if it would run a few thousand he couldn't cover it. No offer to take it back. We weren't shown a title when we purchased so ask to see it or you may be in for an unpleasant surprise.

Free inspection.

I purchased a new car last year and was told I would receive a free inspection on this car ,when I went for the inspection I was told they no longer are giving free inspection I an very disappointed and will never buy another car here.you don't promise some thing and don't deliver . Business owner

So... i stopped by early summer and told them I'm interested in the new 2019 trucks. After speaking with sales person he told me he will call me when they know when the will have one on the lot, but should see them early August. 2nd week August came snd no phone call. Stopped by again, was told they will let me know but probably will be Early September till they will be on there lot. Last week i happened to drive by and saw they have one out along the road... and still no call! I went up the road, turned around and took a look, after 5 minutes or so after no one came out i decided to drive around to the other side of the office and look at the 2018 trucks. After making a loop i discovered i drove over a bolt and punctured my tire... one of the service guys heard it and came out to flag me down, told me i better get it inside asap with tire loosing air rapidly. After explaining to the grouchy service guy at the front desk what happened they took my truck and fixed my tire. When Mr no personality front desk guy told me my truck is ready, i was stunned.... i was bring charged to remove a bolt from my tire that i was told was a bolt from a vehicle. Well.... i am still going to buy a new 2019 truck, it just won't be from Sauders!!

Stereotype dispelled

My recent vehicle purchase was my first experience with John Sauder Chevrolet. I will admit that I went into the dealership with an attitude, expecting to encounter the stereotype of salesman that had been formed in my mind by previous negative experiences with New Car Dealerships. Kirk Newcomer dispelled those notions as his professionalism and apparent honesty brought me back into a comfort zone which allowed me to make an informed decision about my purchase without pressure and without the feeling that I must be on guard for any deceptive practices. Kirk was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was eager to find answers to any questions I posed, and he was very helpful in finding the exact "up fit" equipment which I desired for my new work van, so that upon delivery I had everything I needed. Communication with Kirk was readily available and he followed up quickly on every detail. Kirk did his best to provide a buying opportunity which gave me options in finding a solution to my needs that were in my best interest. Bottom line: Buying a new vehicle from Kirk Newcomer and John Sauder Chevrolet was a positive and pleasurable experience. I drove out of the dealership feeling satisfied instead of "taken". I will be a repeat customer.

2017 Silverado

Kirk was very helpful in every aspect of the buying process of my new Silverado. He knew his way around the vechicle and answered all my questions. John Sauder Auto Is a great dealership to deal with and I will be coming back in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

We have never been so disappointed with a dealership or a used vehicle that we have purchased. The dealer did the inspection and it conveniently passed. We purchased a Chevrolet Suburban from them which is what we previously owned. All of the issues we have had concern rust. We attempted to discuss with the sales manager, Rod Beidelman regarding getting out of this nightmare and getting into something a bit more dependable. Did not ask for anything but assistance in not taking too much of a loss to trade in for another vehicle. Did not ask for them to take responsibility or provide reimbursement. Rod acted as if he would try to work with us but after having to call him time and time again without return calls, we realized they would not stand by their products. We were told the general manager would contact us but she never called once. We attempted to be diplomatic but bottom line the vehicle should not have been sold. There was black paint sprayed over extreme rust. Whether the dealer did it or received it in that condition, it should not have been sold. Would not recommend the dealer and say BUYER BEWARE!!!!!******
