Our purchase at Turner Buick was a great experience. We've been searching various dealers and websites within a hundred mile radius for several weeks and finally found a used Lacrosse that literally looked absolutely new. Most significantly, we drove an hour and half to Turner Buick because of a combination of a great price and low mileage. Kirk Newcomer (sales manager) and Jessica Kennedy (business office) were very professional and fair. What we appreciated the most, however, was their patience and polite manner in answering all of our questions. A nice little surprise and attention to detail was Kirk washing the newly purchased car and filling the gas tank while we were doing the paperwork. I would definitely rate this as a 5 star experience. It was worth the drive and I will certainly return for my next purchase.

Our sales person was a very friendly young lady. If Tanya didn't know the answer to our questions, she cheerfully sought out the answers. We picked one of the coldest days of the year to go for a test drive. Tanya had the Traverse all warmed up and the snow cleaned off waiting for us.
